Welcome to VERTEX-POS (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). This agreement is jointly entered into by Stellaris Intelligent Network Technology Philippines (hereinafter referred to as "Stellaris Tech") and you. Before registering, logging in, or using the Platform services, please carefully read and fully understand all the terms.
You should properly safeguard your login account and password. The Platform utilizes Bcrypt encryption technology to protect your password. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please immediately use the "Change Password" function to perform a risk reset.
Stellaris Tech highly values your privacy. In accordance with App Store Guidelines 5.1.1, we provide the "Account Deletion" feature. Once you confirm deletion, all sales history, product profiles, and inventory records under your account will be permanently deleted from the cloud and cannot be recovered.
The Platform only provides intelligent calculation tool services. All your business data (including but not limited to sales volume, cost price, profit, etc.) belongs to you. Stellaris Tech is strictly prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than authorized business analysis.
The Platform is committed to providing 99.9% stability. However, for data sync delays caused by force majeure, cyberattacks, or hardware failures, Stellaris Tech will do its best to assist in recovery but shall not be liable for any indirect business losses resulting therefrom.
